Proud to be an American and a Mormon

I watched this video posted on Facebook by the church news and ended up watching it 3 times. It brought tears of patriotism and pride to my eyes each time. I'm proud to be an American and a Mormon.

So pretty much what I do everyday this summer is run and do assignments for my 3 Masters classes. School Law, Curriculum and Historical Philosophy, and Creative Teaching. Sounds fun right. Well today all that running paid off when I ran the Strawberry Days 5K. It was a fast course, but I was still pretty proud of my time. 28 min. 28 sec.

It was so fun to run with my great friends from Manila. Great job girls. Can't wait to run with you again.
